- You need 4 butir of telur ayam.
- You need 2 sdm of tepung terigu.
- You need 1 sdm munjung of tepung beras.
- You need 100 ml of air.

- Prepare 1 1/2 sdt of bubuk kaldu.

Fuyung Hai instructions
- Siapkan bahan sayur2an.
- Campur satu tepung terigu, tepung beras, garam, kaldu, lada bubuk, air, telur, aduk rata, lalu masukkan bahan sayuran, aduk rata lagi..
- Panaskan wajan teflon, beri sedikit minyak, lalu goreng separuh adonan fuyung hai sampai matang, goreng seperti membuat telur dadar. Lakukan sampai semua adonan tergoreng. Sisihkan.
- Membuat saus asam manis: campur satu saos tomat, saos tiram, kecap inggris, gula pasir, kaldu bubuk, lada, dan air, aduk rata. Panaskan wajan, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum dan layu.
- Stlh bawang layu masukkan campuran saos tomat, aduk2 sampai mendidih lalu masukkan larutan tepung maizena, aduk lagi sampai kiah saos mengental, koreksi rasa. Matikan kompor..
